This can result in back pain, inflammation and joint disruption. The shoulders, lower back and neck are the most vulnerable areas. If muscle stretching is done in the right way it can very easily help you get rid of back pain. The back stretches, if performed correctly, betters muscle strength and elasticity. The ability of movement of your muscles, ligaments and tendons also gets better, and thus the chance of an injury from sudden movements minimizes. If you want to meet the best results, you have to be very particular with your back exercises.

 

A proper stretches for lower back pain and general back pain program should include rotation, flexion and extension of the spine. Integrating the pelvic girdle, trunk and limbs, and strengthening core muscles is very important for a proper stretch program, so that it can support the joints and the spine. Proper breathing also plays a very important role during the exercises. Make sure, you take regular deep and slow breaths before you start with the exercise routine, and also while you are performing it. Smooth and flowing movements are best to better strength and stability. Till the time you fell a tension release in your muscles you should hold the stretch. If, it somehow does not happen, then you need to ease of a little.

 

Keep holding the pose for 5-15 seconds, and do not forget to breathe properly. While you are stretching do not bounce your muscles. There should be no straining as you are holding your stretch position. If you are not used to stretching, then initially you will find it a little uncomfortable. You should stop right away if you start experiencing severe pain. The back stretch exercises will surely prove very beneficial for you. However, just like in any other exercises, you have to allow it some time to show results. All you have to do is be very religious with your exercise routine, be patient. and you will not ever experience back pain. If you are already suffering from the same, you will get rid of it for sure.
