Keep holding the pose for 5-15 seconds, and
do not forget to breathe properly. While you are stretching do not bounce your muscles. There should be no
straining as you are holding your stretch position. If you are not used to stretching, then initially you
will find it a little uncomfortable. You should stop right away if you start experiencing severe pain. The
back stretch exercises will surely prove very beneficial for you. However, just like in any other exercises,
you have to allow it some time to show results. All you have to do is be very religious with your exercise
